Bright Kojo Onipayede popularly known as Kojo Forex has taken decisive action by initiating legal proceedings against Albert Nathaniel Hyde also known as Bongo Ideas, a Twitter user known for posting offensive and false statements. Lawyers representing Kojo Forex, a well-known forex trader, have communicated in a letter that Bongo Ideas has continuously disseminated harmful remarks about their client starting from February 2023. Dated April 21, the letter requested Bongo Ideas to withdraw the defamatory content and issue an apology. However, Bongo Ideas has stated that he stands by his publications and refuses to comply with the demands.
Attorneys representing Bright Kojo Onipayede, have sent a strongly-worded letter to Bongo Ideas due to his consistent dissemination of unfounded claims and fabrications about their client.
Bongo Ideas has garnered a negative reputation for incessantly targeting public figures in an attempt to gain online popularity, thus earning the label of a "public enemy."
Furthermore, the legal representatives emphasized that Bongo Ideas has persistently circulated statements wherein he inaccurately labeled Kojo Forex as a con artist, implicating him in fraudulent activities such as a Ponzi scheme, along with other deceitful business practices.
